This is quoted on a case by case basis, but typical costs are $75-$200 per file.  Popular formats are access, FoxPro, asc11, delimited, excel, SDF, as well ad data exported out of Outlook, Act, and other popular software.  Need help just email us.
Email Distribution Rate is $25 + .05 per email sent per campaign	Creative Services We suggest you use your current creative talent which knows your tastes better than us and has the ease and convenience of being local to you.  If not we can create most promotional mailers/email templates from between $100 and $500 depending on clients needs.

 

Full Service Options

Want us to maintain your information here.   We will put you on a monthly plan to process an estimated number of patrons a month.  Just drop the comments cards or business cards in an envelope and mail them to us.  When you need email send, labels printed, or address label files sent by us or to  your fulfillment company we will do so.  We will set you up on a monthly recurring schedule and audit it quarterly as to see if the amounts need to be adjusted up or down.    Files will be placed on an downloadable website and a confidential link to the files will be email to you or the persons doing the marketing fulfillment.

Quick Start Option

We can make it really easy on you.  Collect all the business/comment cards or file conversions you want and mail them to us.  We will get the exact counts and costs, and send you an invoice based on the above rates.   Once paid we will send you the program with your patrons already loaded and ready to go. 
Of course we will also return the cards if you want them back.
